Post-Conference Services

  • Provide a post event report to the Organising Committee and arrange for post‐mortem meetings (this is usually available approximately 8 weeks after the conference)
  • Submit complete Statement of Accounts
  • Prepare and dispatch thank you letters for invited speakers, sponsors, chairpersons and volunteers as required
  • Return any hired equipment and archive/dispose of all event materials to the Organising Committee and/or Society
